Justin Wheeler attended Texas Christian University and graduated in 2018 with a BS in Psychology. From there, Justin went on to attend law school at the University of La Verne College of Law. He achieved his Juris Doctorate in the Spring of 2021, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Thereafter, Justin took and passed the California Bar Exam, and was admitted to the California State Bar in December of 2021. Since the day he was admitted to the California State Bar, he has continuously practiced employment and labor law.
As an associate at the Law Office of Scott Ernest Wheeler, Justin Wheeler has represented clients in a variety of employment and labor matters. He has handled multiple matters involving wage and hour disputes on both an individual as well as a class-wide basis. Justin has also represented clients in wrongful termination disputes, sexual harassment matters, and discrimination.
